Maison & Method was founded by Gabriel Bagot to support boutique and independent hotels with thoughtful, practical solutions in revenue strategy, marketing, and team development. Our name reflects our approach: Maison for the spirit of hospitality, and Method for the structured, strategic work behind every great guest experience.

Gabriel brings over a decade of experience across the hospitality landscape—from working directly with boutique hotels to leading partner strategy at OTAs focused on independent properties. He has also collaborated with hospitality startups on new technologies and guest-centric innovations.

With a BA from St. Francis College in New York and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Gabriel combines hands-on industry knowledge with a global business perspective. His approach is both analytical and people-centered, helping hotels elevate performance while staying true to their character.

At Maison & Method, this is a personal practice. You’ll work directly with Gabriel—from first conversation to final results.
